• What if I forget my password and/or User ID?

    If you forget your password, just click on the "Forgot Password" link and you will be directed to a page which would help you obtain your password based on certain security parameters that you must have provided during registration.

    • You will have to enter your 'User Name/alternate' which is not case-sensitive.
    • You need to enter the security code.

    Make sure to provide the same and relevant information you gave during registration or when you last updated your account. Without the correct verification , you will not be able to obtain a new password. Upon submitting the correct information, your password will be sent to your alternate email.

  • How do I change my password?

    If you would like to change your password, just sign in to your account, click on settings and click on the Change Password Button that is displayed on the page.

  • Why do I have to login and logout of GiveBackMail every time I visit?

    Logging in and logging out every time you visit GiveBackMail keeps your account and personal information secure from unauthorized access. If you have logged in and have left the computer without logging out, another person who uses the same computer can access your account. To prevent unauthorized access, make sure that you logout as soon as you finish using GiveBackMail. It is a practice that not only ensures your privacy but also makes it very difficult for others to get into your account.

  • Can I be permanently logged into my account to avoid logging in every time I visit GiveBackMail?

    Yes. You can be permanently logged into your account. During login, just place a check mark on the 'Keep me signed in' check box. When you select this option and login, you can be always logged in. You will not need to login the next time you visit GiveBackMail. To logout, just click 'Logout' found at the very top of the website. Selecting this option is safe only if you are sure that your computer is not shared. If you share your computer with others then your GiveBackMail information will be vulnerable to tampering.
